Orders

How do I place an order?
1. Select the item you require by clicking the box to the left of the title.
2. Click 'Add to Cart' and your chosen item will be added to the basket.
3. When you have finished shopping click on the Shopping Cart to open it. Once the Cart page has opened, you can then choose your preferred checkout process, and follow the instruction.

Why do I need to register to Shop?
Registering your details with us helps us to make the ordering process as quick and easy as possible for you and also allows us to post any physical items to your address, or cantact you if there is a problem with your order.

By registering, will I automatically receive marketing emails from you?
No, not unless you sign up to our mailing list on a different part of the site. If you do decide to sign up, you can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.

Will you pass my email address or details on to any other companies?
No, we will never pass your details on to other companies.

How secure is your website?
As safe as it possibly can be. We store any information you give us securely using high-level SSL encryption technology - the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.

Why has my card been declined?
If your card has been declined, please contact your bank who will be able to let you know why.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Paypal, Google Checkout, Personal Cheques and Direct Bank Transfers on request

What is your exchange rate for overseas orders?
We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. Your card provider will apply the exchange rate when your card is charged.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Depending on how long after it may be possible, but if not, you will need to place a separate order for anything else that you want to buy.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

Can I order from overseas?
Yes.

Shipping

When will you ship my order?
Orders placed before 12 noon (UK time) can usuallly be shipped on the same day. Order placed after this time will be shipped the following working day.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders to the mainland UK are shipped by Royal Mail 48. They aim to deliver within 2 working days, but can sometimes can take a day or so longer.
Royal Mail aim to deliver orders to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five. Again, we recommend allowing a few days extra for your delivery to arrive, as its not always the case.

I've still not received my order, where is it?
If your order was placed less than 14 days ago please contact us using our website contact form here

Do I need to sign for my delivery?
If your order has been sent recorded delivery, you will need to sign for it.

What happens if you deliver whilst I am out?
If they have not been able to make your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card to let you know they called. You will then need to make arrangements to collect your delivery as advised by Royal Mail.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?
You cannot change the delivery address of your order if you have already received the email informing you that your item has been despatched, as it is already underway.
If you have not received this email it may be possible to change your delivery address. Please contact us.

Do you deliver overseas?
Yes. We deliver worldwide. Please be aware that deliveries outside of UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. It is your responsibility to pay theses fees if they are incurred.
